Privacy notice

Last updated 15 October 2026. This notice describes what this website does with information. It covers only the practices listed here.

Contact form

When you send the readiness-call form, we receive the details you enter: name, company, work email, phone (optional), what you supply, and your message. They are saved in our customer relationship management system (HighLevel), and the site owner is notified by text message and email so we can reply. If that system cannot be reached, the form is delivered to us by email through Web3Forms instead. We use these details to respond to your request and to follow up about it.

We keep inquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

The form accepts text only, with no file uploads. Please do not include controlled technical data, drawings, contract files, sensitive supplier information, or export-controlled information.

Checklist download

When you request the readiness checklist, we receive your work email and company. They are handled the same way as the contact form above, and we use them to follow up about the checklist.

Online booking

When online booking is shown on this site, the booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which receives the details you enter to book (such as your name and email) under its own privacy policy. When a call is booked, our server receives a notice that a booking happened (not your details), and the site owner gets a text alert.

Readiness check

The readiness check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or anyone else, not saved in your browser, and not added to the page address. They are gone when you leave or reload the page.

Visit notice

Once per day per browser, the site sends our own server a short notice containing the page path and the referring website or campaign source (for example "direct" or a search engine), and the site owner receives a text alert. It does not include anything you type on the site. To limit this to once a day, the site stores the date of your last visit in your browser's local storage under the name ll_visit_day. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request information such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when the fonts load.
